Mivan is a commonly used term in India for aluminium formwork systems, much as “JCB” is used generically for backhoe loaders. Navkaar’s aluminium formwork systems are engineered on the same principle, precision-cast panels for monolithic construction, and manufactured to our own design and quality standards.

Typically, we need the architectural floor plans, structural framing plans, sections and elevations. Once we receive these documents, our team reviews the project and prepares the quotation.
We provide solutions to suit your project’s requirements, including full monolithic, partial monolithic and vertical systems, circular columns, specialised architectural or elevation features, drainage or canal walls and more, depending on the project’s construction methodology.
Yes. The formwork can be designed and customised to the project’s layout, structural requirements and architectural features, to improve formwork utilisation and repetition.
Yes. Navkaar provides trained technical supervisors during the initial stages of the project, along with site planning, training and casting checklists.
Our support includes kick-off meetings, site training, installation guidance, checklists, follow-up support and technical assistance through the various casting stages.
The timeline depends on project size, design complexity and the approval process. For a typical project, it takes 45 to 60 days from the date of shell drawing approval, including detailed modulation, manufacturing and dispatch, depending on architectural requirements.
Yes. Navkaar provides redesign, refabrication and reuse solutions for existing aluminium formwork, subject to inspection of the available material and the project’s requirements.
With proper handling, maintenance and site practices, Navkaar’s systems are designed for many repetitions. Standard panels can achieve 200+ repetitions under suitable conditions; for non-standard or full-block material, 100+ repetitions is the realistic minimum.
Actual repetitions depend on the project design, panel type and site maintenance practices.
